West Oxfordshire Business Spark
The West Oxfordshire Business Spark programme will help people to start their own successful business. The next cycle starts on 10 September 2025.
The first phase of this programme ended in Spring 2025.
Gain inspiration as to why you should take part in the second phase via our project showcase.
What’s included?
A series of ‘West Oxfordshire Business Spark’ webinars to explain the offer (project activities) to interested individuals and entrepreneurs.
A 1-2-1 on-boarding meeting to answer questions, build participant confidence and register on the project.
A branded course handbook containing all materials and a brochure on the team to support the entrepreneurs and businesses.
Programme Overview
- RFive half-day workshops
The workshops will cover:
- RBusiness Fundamentals and the Business Model Canvas
- RUnderstanding Your Customers, Marketing and Sales
- RFinancial Planning and Management
- RDeveloping Your Year 1 Action Plan
- RBusiness Surgery – working on your plans
One to one support and a peer to peer support (Foundations to Growth) follow on programme are available for participants that go on to register their business.
A final celebration event will be held in December 2025 involving all supported entrepreneurs.
