Enterprise Oxfordshire Impact Report 2025/26
Enterprise Oxfordshire’s 2025/26 Impact Report charts its first year following the transition from OxLEP and its new governance arrangements under Oxfordshire County Council. It highlights how practical, diagnostic-led and partnership-based support helped 1,710 businesses across the county to start, grow and become more resilient.
The report explores support for SMEs, start-ups, High Street businesses, charities, social enterprises and cooperatives, alongside the jobs, confidence, productivity and wider community benefits created. It also sets out Enterprise Oxfordshire’s contribution to inclusive growth, stronger local places and an evolving county-wide economic vision.

- Scope and Dates: Strategic health, medtech, and life sciences business support programme delivered up to October 2023 across Oxfordshire.
- Businesses Supported: Healthcare SMEs, medtech innovators, life sciences start-ups, and clinical research enterprises.
- Key Results: Accelerated clinical market entry, facilitated research collaborations, and supported high-growth health technology ventures across the region.
SIGHT Impact Report
Between April 2017 and March 2023, Enterprise Oxfordshire (formerly OxLEP) delivered nearly £29m worth of support to Oxfordshire businesses, including £4.8m in grant funding and nearly 18,000 of hours of advice, guidance and up-skilling.
The SIGHT (Start, Innovate, Grow and Help to Thrive) Report showcases how Enterprise Oxfordshire responded to the needs of businesses during this period and shares some of the stories which describe the impact of that support.
