Helping Oxfordshire’s SMEs to flourish
Enterprise Oxfordshire’s Growth Hub Annual Report 2024-2025 reflects on another year of significant impact supporting businesses across Oxfordshire to start, grow and thrive.
Between April 2024 and March 2025, we supported 1022 businesses at every stage of their growth journey, from pre-start enterprises to established businesses looking to scale up. We issued 959 Business Support Plans and delivered 5722 hours of tailored support through one-to-one advice, workshops, webinars, networking events, mentoring and strategic business reviews.
As a result of this support, Oxfordshire businesses created 553.6 new jobs, safeguarded 1088 existing jobs, launched new products and services, adopted new technologies, engaged with new markets, and improved their productivity and efficiency, demonstrating the vital role the Growth Hub plays in maintaining a healthy, thriving, and inclusive economy across the county.

SIGHT Impact Report
Between April 2017 and March 2023, Enterprise Oxfordshire (formerly OxLEP) delivered nearly £29m worth of support to Oxfordshire businesses, including £4.8m in grant funding and nearly 18,000 of hours of advice, guidance and up-skilling.
The SIGHT (Start, Innovate, Grow and Help to Thrive) Report showcases how Enterprise Oxfordshire responded to the needs of businesses during this period and shares some of the stories which describe the impact of that support.
