Hi, I’m Becky, founder of Dwelling Place Therapy—a wellbeing service where I offer somatic healing through vinyasa, restorative, and trauma-informed yoga. I’ve spent over eight years working as a counsellor, supporting people on their journey to better mental health. Along the way, I realized just how powerful embodied practices can be in creating real, lasting change. That’s what led me to bring yoga into my work. Whether it’s through group classes or one-on-one sessions, I aim to create a space that feels therapeutic, empowering, and deeply supportive—helping you move from a state of stress and survival into one of calm and restoration.
