Cherwell Business Spark
The Cherwell Business Spark programme will help people to start their own successful business. We will be running two cycles of support through to February 2025.
What’s included?
A series of Cherwell Business Spark webinars to explain the offer (project activities) to interested individuals and entrepreneurs.
A 1:1 on-boarding meeting to answer questions, build participant confidence and register to the programme.
A branded course handbook, containing all materials and a brochure on the team to support the entrepreneurs and businesses.
Programme support
- RTwo separate cycles of support
- RFive half-day workshops in each cycle
The workshops will cover:
- RBusiness Fundamentals and the Business Model Canvas
- RUnderstanding Your Customers, Marketing and Sales
- RFinancial Planning and Management
- RDeveloping Your Year One Action Plan
- RBusiness Pitch for Success
A final celebration event will be planned and delivered in February 2025, involving all supported entrepreneurs.
